CUSTOM ORDERS
We are happy to make one of our products specifically for your pet, or in a color or pattern that is most flattering for your special someone. If you would like us to customize an item for you please contact us with your requirements.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Although we will do our best to meet your needs, please be aware that many of our products are unique, one-of-a-kind, or are difficult or impossible to precisely duplicate. Many of our products use wools or other materials that by their very nature vary in color or texture, or are limited in supply. Finally, the colors and textures which appear on the web page may differ somewhat from their actual appearance depending on your monitor and the browser that you are using. All of these factors affect our ability to precisely create an item for you, and so we need to reserve the right to decline to customize an item for you if we feel we cannot meet your requirements.
After you have placed a custom order we will review it and confirm your order within a few days. If we believe that there may be substantial differences between the swatches which appear on this website and those available to us we will contact you for your approval prior to assembling the item. We regard minor variations in shade, texture and dye color in our felts, fabrics, and tea washed materials to be desirable. This adds to the vintage appeal of our products and is not a basis for return. Once an order has been confirmed we will request a 50% down-payment on the item prior to proceeding. Once this has been received we will begin production. Depending on the item total production time may be up to 4-6 weeks. The balance of payment is due upon completion of the item and should be received prior to shipping.
Items which have been made to a custom size or which have custom stamped are not returnable since they are uniquely created for you and not likely to fit another pet. Items which are of a standard size, but customized by using our standard fabrics or colors, are returnable in accordance with our standard Return Policy.
